Applying for Special Accommodation
In order for appropriate arrangements to be made, candidates requiring special accommodation must identify their requirement for accommodation when completing the online application form and submit the official request form. The completed
Special Accommodation Request Form must be received by the Admissions Department by the closing of the application window on January 15, 2019. Last-minute requests may be difficult to arrange. Depending on the nature and extent of the request, supporting documentation may be submitted as a medical report, a detailed physician’s note or an official letter from the leader of a religious congregation that supports the candidate’s request.
The Registration Manager will review requests for special accommodation, ensure their confidentiality, and discuss available options with the Director of Examinations, the Examiner-in-Chief and the Executive Director, when required. Special accommodation will only be granted for the same session for which the Admissions Officer has reviewed and approved a candidate’s application.
